The above rent is inclusive of tax and bills, subject to reasonable use of utilities. Occupancy by a couple is possible for rooms Napoleon, Louis XVI and Saint Louis. It entails a monthly bill surcharge of 50€.
The two rental periods run:
- Autum period: 4 full months from mid-August onwards
- Spring period: 6 full months from early January to end June
Shorter rental durations do not attract any rent reduction. Switches with students from other campuses are possible, subject to landlord's approval
