The above rents are inclusive of tax and bills. There are no agent fees. Occupancy by a couple is possible for rooms Napoleon, Louis XVI and Saint Louis. It entails a monthly bill surcharge of 100€.
The two next rental periods run:
- Autum period: 4 full months from 19 August 2026 to 19 December 2026
- Spring period: 6 full months from 1st January 2027 to 30th June 2027
Switches with students from other campuses are possible (subject to landlord's approval).
